The thesis is aimed the development prospects of the World Wide Opportuni-ties on Organic Farms in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyze the current state of agrotourism and program the World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms in the Czech Republic and to compare the World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms in the Czech Republic and in Italy. The results were achieved by questionnaire survey and interview. The Result work is to propose a strategy for the development of the World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis entitled Influence of organic animal husbandry rural development focuses on the principles of organic farming compared to conventional farming, organic farming methods on various livestock and its benefits both for the population in the production of organic products and rural development and land and soil who are trying to manage as carefully as possible with regard to sustainable development and biodiversity conservation. The thesis also brief the development of organic farming in the world and in the Czech Republic. The last part is discussed as rural development, thus the benefits of organic farming for the development of the countryside and the rural population through various activities organic farms such as. ekoagrotourisum or .farming supported by the local community.

Business plan of organic farm in Czech Republic

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan of an organic farm in Czech Republic. Family business produces high quality agriculture products, as lamb meat, organic milk and other organic milk products. In addition a family company will operate accommodation and restaurant in the four star boarding house. Theoretical part is focused on the term entrepreneurship and justification of necessity for making business plan. Other chapters are devoted to sustainable development, eco-agro tourism and its interconnection to organic agriculture. The chapter about organic agriculture presents its principles and briefly deals with the history and legislation. Practical part includes business plan, which is based on the results of situation analysis. Business proposal of the organic farm is divided into general description of family business, marketing part and financial part.

Agrotourism in selected microregions (Benešovsko)

The analysis of the present level of the agrotourism/ecoagrotourism development in the microregions Blanik and Podblanicko. In this work the potency of the tourist trade in connection with these microregions are characterized and some farms are closely introduced. According to the questionnaire research the situation on the ecological farms has been analysed and the community interest in the agrotourism/ecoagrotourism, has been studied.

Analysis of the development of rural tourism in Czech Republic

The diploma work is aimed at analysis of travel trade services, provided in accomodation facilities in the country area. In the theoretical part, the term country travel trade in the Czech context is defined and discused. Development, contemporary trends and area differences in the capacity of accomodation and boarding facilities are described and discussed in the analytical part. The importance of these facilities for the regional development, including local action groups is described either. Services, presently offered, are evaluated in terms of quantity and quality; the method of mystery shopping has been used for this evaluation. Evaluated facilities are mutualy compared. Additionally, SWOT analysis and situation analysis have ben used in this work. The analysis of the data showed an ideal conditions for the development of country travel trade in the South Bohemian region of the Czech republic. The study has been situated in two districts - Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice. 50 facilities have been visited. In the majority of them, I have found lower standarts of provided services, compared to the demand.
